These terms cover the use of DHT Console. The system is an internal tool of DHT Aviation, provided to staff and to partners the company has given an account, and using an account means accepting what follows.
Access
Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public sign-up, accounts are personal, and credentials must not be shared or handed to anyone else — including colleagues who have an account of their own.
Acceptable use
Use the system for the flight operations it exists for. Do not attempt to reach data outside the stations and flights your account is scoped to, and do not probe, scan or interfere with the service.
The data in it
Flight records, documents and correspondence held in the system belong to DHT Aviation and the partners it works with. Do not copy, export or forward them outside the purpose they were entered for.
Availability
The system is maintained for operational use, not sold as a service, and carries no availability guarantee. It may be interrupted for maintenance, and long-term access to any particular record is not promised.
Suspension
An administrator may disable or remove an account at any time — when someone leaves, when a partnership ends, or when these terms are broken. A disabled account stops receiving mail from the system as well as losing access.
Changes
These terms change when the system does. The date above says when they were last edited; continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
