Who uses this system

Only staff for whom an administrator has created an account. There is no self sign-up, so the system holds no data about people outside the organisation.

What the system stores

Account data: name, email address, phone number, role, station and account status. The email address is both the sign-in identifier and where system mail is sent.

Operational data: flight schedules, flight documents uploaded by users, handling milestones, support tickets and their attachments.

Logs: a change history for significant data (who changed what, and when) and a record of the mail that was sent. When you sign in with Google, the system receives your email address, name and profile picture from Google and nothing else from your Google account.

Why it is stored

To run flight-handling operations: assigning work, checking documents, notifying the operations team, and tracing what happened when something goes wrong. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Sharing with third parties

The system runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Singapore region) and sends mail through Amazon SES. Both process data on our behalf and only as far as running the service and delivering mail requires. No other third party receives the data.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Operational data and audit logs are kept because they are the operational record; when an account is deleted, the trace of actions it took is retained so that record stays complete.

System mail

All mail is transactional, sent from no-reply@dhtconsole.com and triggered by an action inside the application. There is no marketing mail. To stop receiving it, ask an administrator to disable or remove your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. An administrator can handle most requests directly in the system; if not, use the contact address below.
