About DHT Console
Last updated 20 August 2026
DHT Console is the internal system DHT Aviation runs its ground-handling operations from at Vietnamese airports. It is not a public service: every account is created by an administrator, and there is nothing here to sign up for.
What the system does
Operations staff plan and amend flight schedules, including recurring patterns, and record the milestones of each flight as it is handled.
Flight documents are uploaded and organised by type, so the paperwork a flight needs is either present or visibly missing rather than scattered across mailboxes.
Who can see what
Permissions are scoped by station, so staff at one airport work with that airport's flights. Administrators hold the wider view and are the only accounts that can create or disable users.
Mail the system sends
Schedules and their documents are mailed to the partners a flight involves, and the system sends account mail such as password resets and invitations. All of it is transactional, sent from no-reply@dhtconsole.com, and none of it is marketing.
Who operates it
DHT Aviation, a full-service aviation services provider in Vietnam since 2002. The company's own site is dhtaviation.com; this domain carries only the operations console and the documents describing it.
